Technician Application And Agreement

This Technician Agreement outlines the responsibilities, expectations and obligations of independent service technicians working with PrimeLine Property Services. It is intended to ensure transparency, service quality and timely execution of work while maintaining a professional and reliable relationship.

By submitting a technician application, accepting service assignments or performing services for PrimeLine Property Services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Agreement.

Independent Contractor Status

All technicians operate as independent contractors and not as employees, agents, partners, or representatives of PrimeLine Property Services. Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment relationship. Technicians are solely responsible for their own taxes, insurance, licensing, tools, equipment, expenses and workforce, if applicable.

Licensing, Insurance and Compliance

Technicians must maintain all required licenses, certifications, permits and insurance in accordance with applicable local, state and federal laws. Proof of such documentation may be requested at any time and must remain valid throughout the engagement.

Service Assignments

Service requests may be offered based on technician availability, trade expertise, service area and performance history. Acceptance of a job confirms the technician’s ability to complete the work safely, professionally and in compliance with all applicable laws and property requirements.

Performance Standards

All services must be performed in accordance with professional industry standards. Technicians are expected to communicate clearly and professionally and arrive on time. Follow all safety and property rules present PrimeLine Property Services professionally when interacting with clients.

Compensation and Payments

Service rates may be established per job per project or through agreed pricing structures. Payment will be issued after job completion verification and client confirmation in accordance with agreed payment terms. PrimeLine Property Services is not responsible for technician expenses unless expressly approved in advance.

Legal and Policy Compliance

Technicians must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, safety standards and PrimeLine Property Services policies. Any misconduct, misrepresentation or violation of policies may result in immediate removal from the technician network.

Liability and Indemnification

Technicians assume full responsibility for their work and agree to indemnify and hold harmless PrimeLine Property Services from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities or expenses arising from the technician’s services, negligence, misconduct or non compliance.

Confidentiality

Technicians may have access to client information, property details or business data. All such information must be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of performing assigned services.

Non-Exclusivity

This Agreement does not create exclusivity. Technicians may provide services to other clients or companies and PrimeLine Property Services may engage multiple technicians for similar services.

Termination

PrimeLine Property Services may suspend or terminate technician participation at any time due to performance issues, policy violations or business needs. Technicians may also discontinue participation by providing written notice.

Agreement Updates

PrimeLine Property Services reserves the right to modify this Technician Agreement at any time. Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
